Do I need to book in advance?

Reservations are not only necessary but also highly recommended. Due to limited availability, it is recommended to book a flight at least two weeks in advance. If you book online at least two days in advance, you can get a discount. For the holidays (Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc.) it is recommended to book much earlier, because of the workload in this period.

 

When should I book my flight?

We recommend that you book your tickets for an earlier date in case we need to postpone the flight due to weather conditions.

 

Children are entitled to the full cost of the ticket?

Children 2 years of age and older are paid in full as per FAA regulations they must sit in a separate seat. Children under 2 years old can fly free of charge, on the lap of an adult. When booking, please inform us that you will have a child, in the “Special requests” section of the booking form.

 

When is the best time to fly?

From sunrise to sunset – the perfect time to fly, depending on the weather of course.

 

Is there a time of day when my flight won’t be full?

Our flights are almost always fully booked. The only way to guarantee a private tour is to book all 6 seats in the helicopter. There are no additional discounts.

 

What should be the weather conditions for the flight to be canceled?

We can cancel the flight in the presence of dense fog, low clouds, poor visibility, lightning, strong gusty wind, as well as heavy rain or snow. The temperature outside does not affect the flight conditions, as the helicopters are equipped with heating and air conditioning.

 

What if I have to cancel my flight?

If you need to cancel your flight, we advise you to contact us by phone

Can I fly during pregnancy?

You can fly during pregnancy, but we recommend that you consult your doctor before flying.

 

Is my place guaranteed?

​

The final landing in the helicopter is determined by the weight of all passengers in flight. You can request a seat, but we cannot guarantee your seat in advance.

 

What can I take with me on the Board ?

Only cameras, cell phones and sunglasses are allowed. All bags, hats and scarves must be left in special, free storage rooms.

 

How high do you fly?

We fly at an altitude of 3000 to 5000 meters.
